LIST OF SUPPLEMENTS AND
DIRECTIONS FOR TAKING THEM
A. Beta Glucan. Take 3 capsules in the morning, EMPTY STOMACH, 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything. Take NOTHING else with this, no food, medications, or supplements. (If you wake up in the middle of the night for the bathroom, take the capsules then!) Bottle = 60 capsules (20 days).
B. Heart Plus. (Vitamin C, Proline, Lysine). Six capsules per day, TWO AT A TIME, THREE TIMES PER DAY, ALONG WITH GREEN TEA EXTRACT (C).
Bottle = 180 tablets (30 days).
C. Green Tea Extract. Three per day. Take ONE at a time, THREE TIMES PER DAY, ALONG WITH HEART PLUS (B). Bottle = 90 caplets (30 days).
D. Vitamin D. Take 25,000 IU per day. Take as many caplets as needed to make 25,000. When blood test is 70 or higher, change to 10,000 IU per day. Take any time; add to smoothie.
E. Barley Power. Twenty per day. Take 6 or 7 about 15 minutes before each meal. If you are not eating three meals a day, take them two hours after eating. Bottle= 200 tabs (10 days).
F. Vitamin/Mineral Supplement. Take TWO PACKETS per day. Any time, smoothie, etc. Box = 60 packets (30 days).
