Deadlines:	We want your package to be there when you want it! If you have a Due Date PLEASE tell us. If you tell us when you need your package, we will do EVERYTHING possible to make sure that it arrives on time. We do our best to get all orders sent as quickly as possible. Returns:	If you receive any product that does not meet your expectations, if it is defective, or you are unhappy with it in any way, you may return it for a refund or replacement, as you prefer. Items must be packaged carefully for return. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from misuse. We do not pay your return postage. However, we will not charge you for postage on a replacement item. If you return an item for a refund, we will refund the amount of the merchandise, but we cannot refund the amount of the shipping. Your Address:	We usually ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). However, if you request express shipping, or if your order is particularly valuable, we will ship by Fedex. If you give us a P.O. Box address, that will usually be OK. If you request 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, or place a large or otherwise valuable order, please include your physical delivery address. Please tell us whether it is a commercial or residential address (Fedex needs to know).
International:	We will ship orders anywhere in the world as long as we can legally ship to your country according to the rules of the United States Postal Service. WE CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH SHIPPING WILL COST UNTIL AFTER WE MAIL YOUR PACKAGE. Shipping cost is often very similar to shipping costs within the United States. However, cost depends on your location and the size of the package. We also must charge $2 extra to cover our costs of preparing your order for international shipping. We reserve the right to add extra charges to your online total to cover our costs. PayPal Orders will NOT be mailed until all additional mailing charges, if any, have been paid. Payment:	We accept checks, money orders, PayPal, and credit cards. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. For Canadian and other International orders, credit cards or PayPal are preferred. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. Dollars. We do not ship anything without prior payment.
Shipping:	If you have a deadline, or want your order right away, please tell us. We can't guess. You will NOT receive an email when your package is shipped. We very much want you to receive your order when you need it. We will send it to you as quickly as we can. We are very busy and everyone wants their order right away. We process orders with deadlines first so that they can get there in time for your gift-giving celebration. However, please remember that we do not have any control over the Post Office. We try to ship as far in advance as we can to allow for delays in the mail. This is not Walmart. We do not take something off the shelf and stuff it in the mail using a staff of thousands. Your order is hand selected, hand prepared with strings, and packaged attractively and safely for its trip to you. Some of the items are hand made and may take a little extra time. If you need it right away, we are happy to do EVERYTHING we can to accommodate you. The only thing we can't do is read minds. You can order TODAY and get it TOMORROW if you tell us you need it!
