Surprisingly, There Are Things You Can Do To Help!

There is a traffic light at Squamscott Road where it intersects Route 33. This traffic light has only been there for a few years. Prior to the light being there, at least one accident occurred every day at that spot. The neighbors said they could set their watches by the sounds of the crashes. Someone died at the intersection. The Town of Stratham pleaded with the State to do something. However, action was taken ONLY AFTER the local residents wrote individual letters to the State of New Hampshire describing the problems at the intersection. We can (and must) do it again!

Just write a letter. Or write several if you feel like it. Describe your experiences or fears regarding Route 33 as it relates to your own life. Send it to the State of New Hampshire. There are addresses below. Send it to anyone else you may think of as well. If you meet a new candidate for public office, bring this issue to their attention and give them a copy of your letter. Make some noise about the problem. You can be heard!

Inform your neighbors. Tell everyone who travels this road, not just those who live near it. Get your neighbors to write a letter. The more letters the State receives, the better chance we have of getting the attention of someone who can begin to get things changed.

You don't have to figure out the solution to the problem.  Just make the people in State Government aware that there IS a problem!

That's It.
Write Letters.  Tell Your Neighbors.
Ask Your Neighbors to Write Letters.
Very Easy.  Please Do It!!

We will all benefit. We are all in danger from the heavy traffic and the craziness of the drivers. We all need some help in managing this busy road. The letters you see on this website are being sent to the State. Send yours, too!
