We very much want you to receive your order when you need it. We will send it to you as quickly as we can. We are very busy and everyone wants their order right away. We process orders with deadlines first so that they can get there in time for your gift-giving celebration. However, please remember that we do not have any control over the Post Office. We try to ship as far in advance as we can to allow for delays in the mail.

~  Warning!  Due Dates Are Closer Than They Appear!  ~
We strive to send all orders as quickly as possible.  Our goal is to mail orders within just a few Business Days. (A Business Day is Mon-Fri, no holidays. If you place your order on Friday, Day One is Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).  However, there is no EASY answer as to when YOUR order will be mailed.  It depends on a lot of factors, including what items you have ordered.  If you wish to receive your order by a certain day, please say so.  Some items are hand made, and may take additional time to prepare.
YOUR DEADLINE IS IMPORTANT TO US.  PLEASE TELL US WHAT IT IS.
We CAN and DO process lots of Emergency orders and are Happy to do so.  Just tell us when you need one!

After you order, we hand select your requested items.  We attach strings to the crystals.  If you are doing a project and do not need strings, please tell us (same price).  Then the crystals are carefully packed and mailed.  If you order something that is handmade then this may take a little more time.  Why?  We have to make it!  Then we have to pack it with extra care.

Each Day we check to see which orders are top priority.  If we have 35 new orders, and we know we can't do all of them today, we look for a place to start.  Orders with messages stating a deadline are done first so that they arrive on time.  Orders indicating no rush and no deadline remain waiting for the next day.  Sometimes we have large complicated orders that may take several hours to pack.  We do the smaller orders with deadlines before tackling a project like this.
~ YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPING.  We simply lack the technology to do this. ~

If you wish to check on your order for any reason, please leave us a phone message or send an email. Please include your Order Number.  ONE message is sufficient.  We regret that we cannot respond individually to every email or return every phone call. (And sometimes we DO send emails and they do not get through or do not get answered.)  However, we do read/listen to them and we do act on them.  If you are "just checking" and have no particular concern, we appreciate your not contacting us.  Our work volume is very high and if we spend our day responding to "just checking" messages, it keeps us from preparing and mailing orders.  We can't do both.  We do very much appreciate your patience.  We ARE here and we are working very hard.  If we don't answer, we are very definitely not in Tahiti on the beach.

We have no control over the Post Office.  We expect them to meet their stated goals (First Class Mail is Whenever; Priority Mail is 2-3 days depending on Location).  We are located on the EAST COAST so you need to take your own location into account.  We may use Fedex if we need to make sure your deadline is met.

Messages with deadlines are extremely useful to us and we very much appreciate them.  Deadlines apply even if you think your deadline is "obvious" since it is Christmas or some other holiday.  People DO place routine non-rush orders that are not due by that "obvious" due date.  If yours looks like a routine "anytime" order, you may not receive it by your deadline.  We cannot read minds.  If you want it by a certain date, please tell us.  This is not a business where things are pre-packaged like a bag of M&M’s and ready to throw in a carton.  Time and labor are involved.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PAYPAL  We love PayPal orders.  BUT, if you place an order with an emergency deadline and select the cheapest postage, we will either ship your order that way OR we will request additional postage and HOLD your order until the additional postage is paid.  This also applies to FOREIGN orders.  Several customers have cleverly refused to pay for extra postage even though they have received their packages on time and with additional postage and effort.  We are very sorry that once again, the bad apples have spoiled it for everyone else.  Thank you very much for your understanding.

~ Items Made By Hand ~
HANDMADE  ITEMS:  Some of our items are made by hand.  These include clusters, jewelry, and all items with beads.  It takes time to make them & extra time to pack them, so orders for handmade items may take longer for us to process than other orders.
Handmade items are NOT available at our busiest time of year (November 15 to January 15).  Shop EARLY for Christmas / Holidays!  Custom work is available, and we welcome your inquiries. Custom work is NOT available during the dates just noted.  No discounts on handmade items.  Thank you very much for your understanding.

With so many orders it just may sometimes take a little time to get them all mailed. There are a million things happening that attempt to slow us down, and we try to keep them all under control. Occasionally we have an order for three hundred crystals or so for a special party and that takes up extra time. We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible.  Every order can't be first!  Orders with Priority Mail requested are processed before orders with Regular Postage.  The Priority Mail request gives us a big hint that you don't want to wait.

This is not Walmart. We do not take something off the shelf and stuff it in the mail using a staff of thousands. Your order is hand selected, hand prepared with strings, and packaged attractively and safely for its trip to you. Some of the items are hand made and may take a little extra time. If you need it right away, we are happy to do EVERYTHING we can to accommodate you. The only thing we can't do is read minds.
